  • Honor opt-out requests promptly.

For users in the UK and EU, any electronic marketing communications (including SMS) will comply with PECR and applicable national rules, including consent and opt-out requirements.

We do not authorize our members to use information obtained through RevGenius to engage in unlawful telemarketing or unsolicited outreach. Use of community data is subject to our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers and Sub-Processors

We engage third-party service providers (including hosting providers, CRM and email platforms, analytics providers, event platforms, and customer-support tools) to perform services on our behalf. These providers may have access to personal information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually required to protect it and use it only as directed by us.

A list of key sub-processors can be made available upon request.

4.2 Business Partners and Community Programs

In limited cases, and where permitted by law, we may share information with sponsors or partners in connection with specific events, programs, or offerings (for example, if you register for a sponsored event and we have clearly disclosed that registration information will be shared). In those cases, the partner’s use of your information will be governed by its own privacy policy.

4.3 Legal Compliance and Protection of Rights

We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

If RevGenius is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you, for example via email or a prominent notice on our Website, if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. International Data Transfers

RevGenius is based in the United States and processes personal information in the U.S. and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.

Where required by law (such as under the GDPR or UK GDPR), we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data, which may include:
